Ginkgo Path

Ginkgo Path is the first of my Pen and Ink drawings for 2009! It depicts Ginkgo tree leaves strewn across a stone path. The Ginkgo tree, also known as the Maidenhair Tree, is often thought of as a living fossil. They are a fascinating species of tree, but I love them for their unique leaves!
